Mark Hanson and Insurity
Mark Hanson joined the board of Insurity, a Hartford property and casualty insurance software provider, after Genstar Capital acquired the company from LexisNexis in a transaction completed in December 2011.
He served on the board alongside Genstar's Ryan Clark and Eli Weiss and CEO Jeffrey Glazer.
